More About Me

I strongly adhere to this quote and strive to achieve a level of capability as a Data Professional where I can communicate ideas clearly in the form of a story as the human brain finds it easier to process information in the form of picture rather than numbers.

During my Master’s program I have become aware of how we can leverage the power of Data to derive interesting insights using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to take better decisions. These visualisations,combined with a meaningful story will help convince business executives.

I am also interested in the field of Statistics. Statistics is powerful and is considered industry standard and it is used to perform advanced analysis on huge datasets.

I pursued my UnderGrad in Computer Science from BVBCET, Hubli, India. Post graduation, I joined Tata Consultancy Pvt Ltd.(TCS) and SAP Labs India as a software developer.During my Masters at NEU, I worked as a Data Analyst as an intern for a company named 'Empowered Margins' in the Summer'22. The role here presented me with a plethora of opportunities to develop my technical skills along with knowledge of business domain and also it ignited my passion towards the field of Analytics. The experiences here made me realize that functional knowledge combined with technical knowledge are crucial for one’s growth as a professional. To ensure this versatile growth and to fulfill my dream of leading an organization to solve complex business problems using technical solutions, I am set to embark on a journey of a successful data professional.
